View the Eproval Status Page
Eproval maintains a Status Page to let customers access real-time updates on the status of their Eproval site. Should a service interruption or downtime occur, the status page provides real-time details and updates about the event causing the issue so you can stay informed.
Access the Status Page
In Eproval, click Resources at the top right, next your user name.
In the Eproval Status section, click the link to the Access the Status Page.
The Status Page opens in a new tab. If you have not already done so, Bookmark this page now.
View the Status Updates
Should an issue occur, the Eproval team will post regular updates on the event so you can stay informed in real-time.
The main Status Page shows the current status of your Eproval site. If there is an event causing an interruption or downtime, you'll see the status at the top of the page. This automatically refreshes every minute.
To see the Eproval team updates, scroll to the Status updates: Last 30 Days section.
Any updates on your site's status are listed here, with the most recent updates at the top.
If you want to see older status updates, click the Status Update History link.
