View the Activity Report

The Activity Report shows all changes in activity for all applications based on Status selected or Activities selected.

Steps

  1. Got to Reports > Activity Report.

  2. Set your Report Filters to determine what will be included in the report:

    • Use the Application Type dropdown menu to select the application type for the report results. You can only view one application type at a time.

    • Use the Permit Managers dropdown to select the applications that fall under specific permit managers. To see all applications, choose All Permit Managers.

    • Click in the Date Fields to select the date range. The first filed is the Start Date and the second field is the End Date. The default range if for the last 7 days.

    • Select the application Statuses to include in the report results. Click the dropdown and select or deselect statuses. Selected statuses have a green checkmark beside them. You can select more than one status to include in your results. The default is all statuses selected.

    • Select the application Activities to include in the report results. Click the dropdown and select or deselect statuses. Selected activities have a green checkmark beside them. You can select more than one activity to include in your results. The default is all activities selected.

  3. Once you've set your parameters, click Search to see your results. If you make any changes to the parameters, you'll need to click Search again to see the changes.
