View Survey Results for an Application

Once a survey has been completed by the applicant, you can view the survey results directly from the application. If you want to see the results for all surveys, or for surveys from a specific application type, see the View the Applicant Survey Report instructions.

Steps

1. Open the application you want to view the survey for.

2. At the top of the page, click the Survey button. This tab may also be called Feedback or something else in your setup, and can be configured to display any text you want.

3. In the Survey tab, click View Answers. If the Survey hasn't been completed, you'll see an option to View Incomplete Survey.
   

   

4. The survey results open in a new tab.
