View Emails Sent to Eproval Users

Eproval records all Pre-Set Email Notifications and Scheduled Email Notifications sent through Eproval. Emails sent for a particular application type can be accessed either through:

  • Each notification's configuration page

  • The Eproval Email Report

  • The Eproval Email Log

All three methods are described below.

Access Sent Emails from the Notification's Configuration Page

This will show all emails for that specific notification that have been sent by the system.

  1. Go to Tools > Configuration.

  2. Email Notifications, both Pre-Set and Scheduled are specific to each Application Type. Depending on your setup, you may have more than one Application Type. Locate the Application Type to which you want to add or edit the notification and click Notifications.
