Reset Password for an Existing User
These instructions let you reset a password for another user in Eproval. If you want to reset your own password, see the Forgot Password article.
Steps
Go to Tools > Users.
If you know the name of the user, you can enter the name, or a part of it, in the Search box. The list of users will narrow as you enter text.
If you want to limit your search to user roles, select the User Roles dropdown menu. Then click on the user role to add or remove it from your search: a checkmark beside the role indicates it's included in the search.
Once you've located the account, click the User Name.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Reset Password checkbox.
Select one of the following options:
Leave the Password field blank. The system will send an email to the user with instructions on how to reset the password.
Enter a new Password and inform the user of the new password outside of Eproval.
Click Update User.
