Manually Send a Survey for an Application
Surveys are configured in conjunction with the Eproval Customer Success team. Once a survey has be configured, it can be sent out to an applicant from the application.
When you send a survey through Eproval using the steps below, it gets sent through a Pre-Set Email Notification. To change the email text, see the Edit a Pre-Set Email Notification for instructions on updating the Post-Event Survey notification.
Steps
Open the application you want to send the survey for.
Click the Survey tab and click Create Feedback. This tab may also be called Feedback or something else in your setup, and can be configured to display any text you want.
If a survey has been configured for the application type, you'll see a link displayed.
While you can copy and paste the link into an email to the applicant, we recommend clicking the Email icon to send the survey using Eproval and the Pre-Set Email Notifications to keep all communication within the system.
The Send Application Survey popup window appears to display the email address the survey will be sent to. Click Send Survey.
The applicant will receive an email with a link to the survey using the Post-Event Survey Pre-Set Email Notification. See the Edit a Pre-Set Email Notification for instructions on updating the notification.
