Log In to Eproval

Overview

Depending on your setup, you may log in to Eproval using your organization’s Single Sign On (SSO) credentials, or you may use a unique username and password through the Eproval Authentication System. If you are unsure which applies to you, please contact your Permit Manager.

If you are NOT using SSO, you should have received your login information. Again, if you didn’t receive this, contact your Permit Manager. Before you can login for the first time, however, you’ll need to first reset your password using the Forgot Password instructions.

Additionally, your Permit Manager should have supplied the unique link to access your Eproval environment. Once you have that, we suggest bookmarking it for easy access.

Log In Using SSO or Provided Credentials

To log in using either your organization’s SSO credentials, or the credentials through the Eproval Authentication System:

  1. Open a new tab on your browser and navigate to your Eproval environment. You can use any of your organizations approved browsers, on either mobile or desktop, to access Eproval.

  2. If you’re using SSO, click the button beneath the Login box that instructs you to use your organization’s email login. This opens your familiar Authentication page where you can enter your Username and Password.

  3. If you’re using credentials through the Eproval Authentication System, enter the Username and Password provided and click Log In.
    Note:
If this is your first time logging in with Eproval Authentication System credentials, you’ll need to first reset your password using the Forgot Password instructions.

Log Out

Logging out of Eproval when not in use helps protect your organization’s and your applicants’ data.

  1. In the top right of the browser window, you’ll see a person icon beside your first name. Click the person icon and click Log Out.
