Create a Reviewer, Permit Manager, or Applicant Account
There are no license restrictions in Eproval, which means you can create as many users as needed. These instructions will let you create either a Permit Manager or Reviewer account in Eproval and assign them to a single role in the system. If you want to assign them to additional roles, see the Assign Multiple Roles to a User article.
Steps
Go to Tools > Users.
Click Add User.
Click the User Role dropdown menu and select the role you want assign them to.
Note: If you choose the Reviewer role, you'll also need to add a Reviewer Agency.Enter the User's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Note that the email address must be unique.
Select one of the following options:
Leave the Password field blank. The system will send an email to the user with instructions on how to reset the password. This is the recommended option.
Enter a new Password and inform the user of the new password outside of Eproval.
Ensure the Enabled checkbox is selected. This activates the user and ensures they're able to use the system right away.
Click Add User.
