Change Application Labels

We recognize that there may be instances where the Labels used in Eproval might not match the language that you and your applicants are accustomed to using. To help with this, we've made it possible to change specific labels for an Application and an Application Category. These are:

• Related Applications

• Permits

• Surveys

Steps

1. Go to Tools > Configuration.

2. Depending on your setup, you may see multiple application types listed, or you may have only one. Scroll down to the application type you want to edit and click Settings.

3. To change the Related Applications label, click Edit just above Category Settings.

   • In the Related Applications Tab Name field, change the label to what you would like to see displayed.

   • Click Save Changes.

4. To change the Permit and Survey labels, click Edit Category at the bottom of the page.

   • Depending on which label you want to change, change either the Permit Tab Name field or Applicant Survey Tab Name field.

     

   • Click Save Changes.
