Change an Overall Application Status

The Permit Manager is responsible for changing the Overall Application Status. For descriptions of the statuses, see the Overall Application Status Definitions article.

Steps

  1. Open the application you want to change the status for.

  2. At the top of the application, under the Application Name and the Current Status, click the Edit icon. If you don't see the application name and status, under Application Tools on the left side, click Application Review.

  4. In the Post Comment field, enter an applicable comment about the status change. This is optional but recommended.

  5. In the File Upload box, you can either drag a file you want to upload into the box, or click in the box to browse to a file on your computer or network. This is optional.

  6. Depending on the status you chose, you may see a Permit Upload box. This allows you to reference and link to a permit that was generated outside of Eproval. This box, and all fields in the box, are optional.

    • Enter the Permit Name.

    • Enter the Permit Number.

    • Click Browse to upload a file from your computer or network.

  7. Depending on the status you chose, you will have options to notify the Applicant and/or all Reviewers. Check the box for the users you want to notify. We do recommend limiting the internal roles you notify to reduce the number of email notifications people receive, and only notify them when necessary.
