Change an Internal Payment Notice Recipient

When you create a new invoice, Eproval automatically adds the email for the Permit Manager assigned to that application type as the person internally who will receive a notification when a successful payment has been applied to that invoice.

However, you can change the internal notice recipient for a specific invoice. You can also add multiple recipients. Once changed, all payment notices for just that invoice will be sent to the new recipient going forward. It will not generate notices for payments that have already been applied.

To change the external notice recipient, see the Change an External Payment Receipt Recipient instructions.

Steps

  1. Open the application you want to update the recipient for. If you don't know the application, you can find the invoice in the Billing section.

  2. At the top of the application, select the Billing tab. If you don't see the row of tabs, make sure you're at the top of the application or select Application Review from the Application Tools menu.

  4. At the top of the page, click in the Send successful payment notification to field and make the change to the email address.

  5. If you want to add multiple recipients, separate each email in the field with a comma. For example: "support@eproval.com, manager@eproval.com".

  6. Once you've completed the changes, click Save Invoice. Or, if the invoice is still in Draft status, click Save Draft.
