Change a Reviewer's Approval Required Status

Reviewers that are mapped - or assigned - to specific sections can either be assigned as being required to approve the section, or as an information only status. If they are assigned to the section and not required to approve the section, they will still get notifications and will be able to see the application. It will also appear in the Information Only section of their dashboard.

These instructions sho how to change the status both ways (on or off).

Steps

  1. Go to Tools > Configuration.

  2. Assigning reviewers are specific to each Application Type. Depending on your setup, you may have more than one Application Type. Locate the Application Type you want to update the reviewer for and click Steps & Workflow.

  3. Select the correct Category from the dropdown list.  

  4. Scroll to the Workflow Step (Section) you would like to update the Reviewer on.

  5. Click the Reviewer's Name link.

  6. Change the Approval Required toggle to either Yes or No.

  7. Click Save Reviewer.
