Assign an Application to Another Permit Manager

Eproval lets you change the Permit Manager that's assigned to an application so the newly assigned Permit Manager can control the workflows for that application. You may need to make the change based on updates to processes, the addition of new Permit Managers, or to cover for vacation or leave.

Note that you can only assign the application to a user who already has the role of Permit Manager in Eproval. To add a new Permit Manager, see the Create a Reviewer, Permit Manager, or Applicant Account instructions. Reassign the Application

  1. Open the application you want to reassign.

  2. Click the Details tab at the top of the application.

  3. The Permit Manager field shows the currently assigned Permit Manager. Click the Edit icon to make the change.

  4. In the Change Application Permit Manager window, click the Select Permit Manager dropdown menu and choose the new Permit You want to assign.

  5. By default, the Notify Permit Manager checkbox is selected, which will send an email notification to the newly assigned Permit Manager to let them know of the change. We recommend leaving this selected.

  6. Click Submit to finalize the change.
