Add Information to an Existing Calendar Event

Eproval’s Calendar Module dynamically populates event details into an electronic calendar. However, you can also add up to two custom fields with additional information that's not standard to events, and two additional custom contacts.

Steps

  1. Go to Tools > Configuration.

  2. Calendars are specific to each application type; depending on your setup, you may have more than one application type listed. Scroll down to the application type you want to modify the calendar for, and click Calendar.

  3. Locate the event that you want to add information to, and then select the Event to open up the existing details.

  4. For each additional piece of information you want to add, you need to complete two elements: a Custom Label and a Custom Value. The Label is like the heading and the Value is the description. Both will appear on the calendar entry.

  5. For each contact you want to add, enter the information in one of the two Custom Contact fields.

  6. When done adding your information, click Submit.
