Deactivate or Activate (Disable / Enable) a User Account
When you Deactivate a user account, they will no longer be able to log in to Eproval. A deactivated account, however, can be re-activated, allowing them to access the system again.
Steps
You'll first need to find the user in the system and then Deactivate or Activate them following these steps.
Go to Tools > Users.
If you know the name of the user, you can enter the name, or a part of it, in the Search box. The list of users will narrow as you enter text.
Note: If you are Activating a deactivated account, ensure you select the Show Deactivated checkbox to see all deactivated users. If you want to limit your search to user roles, select the User Roles dropdown menu. Then click on the user role to add or remove it from your search: a checkmark beside the role indicates it's included in the search.
Once you've located the account, click the User Name.
At the bottom of the page, deselect the Enabled checkbox to Deactivate a user account, or select the Enabled checkbox to Activate the account.
Click Update User.
