Activate a Draft Invoice
If you have an invoice that you saved as a draft but did not activate, you'll need to activate that draft so that applicants can access the invoice. Applicants can't see an invoice until it's been activated.
Steps
Open the application you want to activate the invoice for. If you don't know the application, you can find the invoice in the Billing section.
At the top of the application, select the Billing tab. If you don't see the row of tabs, make sure you're at the top of the application or select Application Review from the Application Tools menu.
Click the Edit icon for the invoice you want to activate. Invoices that have yet to be activated will have the Draft status.
You can make any adjustments prior to activating the invoice. For example, you may want to update the Invoice Date and Due Date depending when you're activation date.
Click Activate Invoice.
